Responsibilities
• Establish and build client relationships• Respond to client coverage inquiries and review contracts• Serve as a liaison between clients and servicing teams• Support policy reviews and meetings with clients• Review data rooms and compile data request lists• Conduct catastrophe analysis and obtain benchmarking data• Compile due diligence reports and identify client insurance needs• Review applications and submissions for accuracy and completeness• Negotiate terms, pricing, and conditions with carriers• Manage timely production of deliverables
Requirements
• 2-5 years of commercial property and casualty client service experience• Excellent customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills• Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment• Ability to interpret large data files and financial statements• Up to 5% travel may be required
