The Jr. Business Intelligence Developer will be a key asset in the future growth of the company. He/she will maintain a wide variety of decision-support and analytical tools. He/she will work to develop scalable reporting infrastructure for departments including finance and operations, among others.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days/week in office in Franklin, TN after training is complete. 
What You Will Do: Works with the Directors of Financial Planning and Analysis / Business Intelligence to develop scalable reporting infrastructure for departments including finance and operations, among others Builds cross-functional relationships with senior managers and corporate department, regional, and clinical leaders Develops a strong understanding of clinical operations, paying specific attention to billing and collection processes, as well as the underlying data Helps develop technical specifications and drives continuous improvement Maintains data warehouse and related infrastructure, including upstream and downstream processes, and all pertinent documentation Develops visualizations and decision-support tools in the Microsoft stack Supports a wide variety of ad-hoc requests without sacrificing quality or other responsibilities Performs QA / validation / assists in code review of colleagues Creates KPIs and distributes dashboards to senior managers, department heads, and regional and clinical leaders Explores opportunities to leverage technologies and processes not currently utilized Education: Must Have a Bachelor's Degree in Information System, Computer Science, or a related field Master's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred Experience: Must have 6+ months experience as a SQL developer, business intelligence developer, data analyst, and/or data scientist.  Nice to have: Knowledge of Power BI, DAX, and / or other tools in the Microsoft stack. Knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server 2016+) and ETL frameworks (Visual Studio 2019, SQL Server Integration Services) and overall best practices Knowledge of data warehouse design and multi-dimensional modeling (SQL Server Analysis Services) Knowledge of SQL queries, query optimization, and visualization tools (SQL Server Reporting Services, Power BI) Knowledge of APIs and cloud-based computing solutions (Microsoft Azure) Uses and/or has implemented TFS or other version-control systems Bachelors Degree
