Jr Recruiter - Looking To Hire Asap

A stable and growing non-profit is looking for a personable, people-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join their growing recruiting department
Looking for at least six months of supporting a recruiting and/or human resources team
Looking for candidates that are not afraid to interact with potential candidates and hiring managers, have strong critical thinking skills, and have a great attitude This position is an AMAZING opportunity for the right candidate that wants to work in a fun and engaging environment

This position is fully in office for the first few weeks, and then a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days in office Local candidates that can commute to 90018

Qualified candidates MUST have: Degree preferred Non-profit experience preferred At least six months of supporting a human resource or recruiting department MS Office Suite and be tech savvy Able to support Recruiters with job postings, screening candidates and managing offer letters Hard working attitude and working with a vibrant team Understanding of priorities, quick learner, and professionalism Sense of humor and knows how to work hard/play hard Full JD available upon request
