Jr. Project Manager

Position Overview: Working alongside a Sr. Project Manager to start, the Jr. Project Manager will manage Commercial Construction projects and is responsible for managing day-to-day operations - including cost control, subcontractor management, scheduling, administrative tasks. This includes overseeing and coordinating tasks to ensure project goals are achieved on-time and within budget. 
Key Responsibilities: Support the Project Manager in creating and executing project plans. Provide necessary updates to the Project Manager regarding the construction status and inform of any changes. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors. Assist with the selection and procurement of materials. Ensure construction safety regulations are followed. Help with budget tracking and forecasting. Participate in the management of the project closeout. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in project management and/or engineering. Previous experience in commercial construction preferred. Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, subcontractor management, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and various construction related software. Benefits 401K
