Starting Pay: $20.10
JBS Live Pork Centralia is looking for a full time 2nd shift Feed Mill Production Technician. This position is responsible for manufacturing and shipping of animal feed.
Responsibilities include: ·Run multiple pieces of equipment, i.e. grinders, batching scales, mixers, feed cleaners, pellet mills, coolers. Samples and receives ingredients by truck and monitors ingredients inventory levels.
·Manufacture feeds to ensure that they meet specifications and food safety requirements.
·Schedule production based on priorities and customer demands.
·Keep accurate, legible records.
·Perform housekeeping tasks, maintain a clean workplace.
Requirements: ·Must be able to read/comprehend English and authorized to work in the U.S.
·Good math skills.
·Good mechanical aptitude.
·Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
·Ability to lift 50 lbs.
·Computer knowledge.
Preferred: Prior experience in feed milling or industrial manufacturing work.Ideal candidates should have above average skills in teamwork, decision making, taking responsibility, and integrity The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
