Responsibilities
• Provide remote Helpdesk support and resolve problems• Perform threat detections and remediation• Support assigned security and networking projects• Monitor network health and availability• Monitor backups and perform restores• Support Acquisitions & Divestitures• Perform any other job related duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree preferred• Minimum of five years IT support, network operations, or security services• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Understanding of Windows Active Directory• Understanding of network operations and tools• Understanding of networking and security tools• Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
