Advantia is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join our team! This role will report to the Senior Director of IT, will serve as the primary on site support contact for our Midwest regional offices, and will serve as a conduit for support between Advantia Team Members and Advantia's 3rd party IT Managed Services Provider. The IT Systems Administrator will work closely with the IT MSP to ensure support requests are managed appropriately and in a timely manner, and work independently of the MSP as needed. This role is hybrid and requires frequent traveling to our Midwest locations, and will be provided with a company vehicle.
Job Responsibilities: Serve as the primary POC and conduit between staff and the IT Managed Services Provider (MSP,) to coordinate the delivery of effective IT support services for multiple offices across the Midwest region (Missouri and Illinois) Work independently of the IT MSP to manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment Conduct on-site visits when necessary to address requests, such as networking, printer, and operating system issues Troubleshoot and support label printers & large multi-function printers Troubleshoot and support networking infrastructure such as access points, firewalls, and switches Update and maintain documentation as needed. Assist with configuration and deployment of hardware Job Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills with help-desk/customer service experience Excellent working knowledge and 5+ years of experience with managing networking infrastructure Strong multi-tasking ability Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and services Familiarity with VoIP platforms a plus Experience supporting multiple locations Must reside near St Louis, MO, to provide support on-site at locations in MO and IL Occasional travel to Mid-Atlantic locations may be required Education and Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience providing IT support remotely and on-site in a medium-sized corporate environment Preferred: Security+, Network+, ITIL, CompTIA A+ and similar technical certifications Please note: Advantia Health is dedicated to providing unparalleled healthcare to our customers by employing the most highly-qualified individuals.
