Position Summary
This position is responsible for helping meet the business needs of the company by providing technical and administrative oversight of the company's IT Systems such as networking, storage, virtual and physical servers, LAN and WAN Technology, network security and IT related applications. This position will also be responsible for any support requests that are deemed to be Tier 2 in nature.  Additionally, this position will require the support of the Call Center within the InContact environment. The Systems Administrator works in a team environment consisting of the other Administrators, VoIP Administrator, and IT Support Specialists.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Deployment & configuration of all IT Systems hardware: servers, networks and storage on premises and cloud based in Azure and AWS.Provide day to day maintenance of the company's IT Systems, including IT monitoring and auditing applications.Support the helpdesk in a Tier 2 role. Manage tickets and provide support in a timely fashion.Responsible for the availability, security, compliance, backup, and performance of our on premises and cloud environments.Define and follow established processes, including access administration, change and incident management.Work with business unit teams to define, deploy, and support client-specific solutions.Work with development teams to deploy/promote code changes, troubleshoot and make recommendations to resolve application integration issues.Provide accurate documentation and procedures on all IT Systems hardware.Develop and maintain standards, policies and procedures to ensure the IT environments are effectively managed and maintained conforming but not limited to the requirements outlined by SOC2 type 2.Installation of IT Infrastructure and IT Systems for office startups, expansions, and relocations.Work with 3rd party consultants and vendors to efficiently complete Infrastructure issues and projects.Monitor open issues to ensure business expectations are met.Collaborate with the data management team to provide systems and support for IT and IM department integration.Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.Be available/ on-call as needed.Position Requirements
Education and Experience
Associate's Degree in a related field.3-5 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Cisco, Server and endpoint OS, VMWare, and Windows based hardware, systems and servers.Knowledge and familiarity with IT Networks and IT Systems concepts, including IT Infrastructure setup and troubleshooting. Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.Must be able to handle a wide work variety and work in a fast-paced environmentMust be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and have an ability to prioritize workload. Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers, clients and employees.Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems.Knowledge of mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages and ratios.Technical Skills:Proficiency in the following software and server systems is required:Data Center Virtualization using VMWare, vCenter, and vMotion.Understanding of network implementation in AWS and Azure. Thorough understanding of deploying, operating, and administering cloud services environments in both AWS and AzureVEEAM backup software.Active Directory trusts & group policy.Basic scripting and call skill administration within InContact.Flash, hybrid and spindle-based storage.O365 administration – user licensing, exchange, auditing and compliance.InContact Call Center environment.Windows Server 2008R2, 2012, 2012R2, 2016, 2019.Understanding of DNS, DHCP, FireWalls, IPS, routing/switchingMS Exchange and Exchange OnlineMicrosoft SQL Server 2008, 2012, 2016Windows System Center.Familiarity with SEIM and monitoring tools.Microsoft Forefront endpoint security.Windows 10 & 11.Various server and endpoint management tools, backup, power protection, etc.High level of proficiency in the following networking and communications systems:Router & networking service configuration, support (DHCP, Radius, DNS, etc.)Full TCP/IP network stackCertificate managementFirewall & VPN provisioning & maintenanceLAN and WLAN design and deploymentKnowledge and familiarity with the following:SharePoint OnlinePhone systems - Microsoft Teams, basic sip trunking.VPN over internetKnowledge and familiarity with database server systems, MS SQL Server preferred.Familiarity with network and server troubleshooting techniques, problem isolation and resolution.Committed to diversity and inclusionReliable transportation Licenses & Certifications
