Focused : Someone who doesn't get easily distracted by social media, cell phones, or internet browsing. Task-Completion Driven : A strong desire to complete tasks and successfully close tickets. Multi-Tasking : Ability to handle stressful situations and juggle multiple tasks. Sense of Urgency : A solid sense of urgency to finish tasks and projects on time. Checks : Able to pass a drug screen and background check. Technical Experience/Education/Knowledge - What You Should Have/Know: Excellent Common Sense in Troubleshooting : A knack for problem-solving. Helpdesk Experience : Proficiency in tasks like wiping and reimaging desktops and laptops, supporting users on Windows 10 & 11, managing profiles, shared resources, remote support, and more. Computer Hardware and Software Skills : Strong knowledge of general computer software and hardware. Microsoft Office 365 : Experience in configuring and supporting Office 365. Manufacturing Systems : Familiarity with supporting various manufacturing systems on the production floor. Helpdesk Ticket Management : Detail-oriented with experience in opening, checking, updating, and closing tickets in a HELPDESK ticket system. Network Infrastructure : Knowledge in network configurations, hardware (smart switches, patch panels, etc.), Windows Server (Active Directory, DHCP servers, Group Policies, etc.), VPN/remote access support, and more. Hyper-V : General knowledge is sufficient. Monitoring and Documentation : Maintaining network documentation, familiarity with Visio and flowcharts, and a commitment to detail and neatness. Education/Work Experience : Minimum of an Associate Degree in Information Systems or a relevant field and at least one year of experience in Information Technology/Information Systems and/or Help Desk Support.
