IT Support Specialist needed for Banking ClientMain onsite IT resource in Seneca, KSProvide evaluation and support for day-to-day IT activities

Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day IT/Desktop functions for approximately 125 users• Serve as liaison with contracted IT company and vendor software support companies• Respond to IT requests through calls, emails, and tickets• Assist team members with resolving IT issues• Provide exceptional customer service to clients with personal devices• Assist with desktops, laptops, copiers, printers, and peripherals• Answer inquiries and provide accurate information• Utilize de-escalation skills and escalate cases when necessary• Enhance organization and IT department's reputation• Assist in developing systems and procedures for quality service• Update job knowledge through educational opportunities• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum of one year working in a technical operating capacity• Previous experience working on help desk tickets or desktop support preferred• Experience in a health/medical related environment preferred• High School graduate or equivalent required• Excellent organizational and analytical skills• Understanding and adherence to data and physical security policies• Exceptional customer service skills• Full-time weekday position with occasional evening and weekend hours
