Responsibilities
• Coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans• Provide onsite/on-call assistance to end-users• Troubleshoot computer OS/peripherals• Handle different PC operating systems• Perform hardware/software installation• Support printers and MS Office tools• Support a variety of technologies and services• Manage time and resources• Maintain professionalism under pressure• Deliver optimal service to clients
Requirements
• Experience troubleshooting computer OS/peripherals• Knowledge of Windows 7/8/10 and deployment tools like SCCM• Understanding of SOE and group policies• Experience in printer support and MS Office tools• Field experience supporting technologies and services• Experience with Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule• Excellent communication skills• Strong customer service ethic• Ability to work under pressure
