We are currently looking to bring on a Project Manager / Project Coordinator who will serve as the first point of contact for clients requesting reactive service. The Project Manager / Project Coordinator daily duties will consist of acting as a liaison between the engineering team and clients. The Project Manager / Project Coordinator will make sure that clients are receiving great support in a timely manner by effectively scheduling engineers to work on client issues. You are the person who makes sure the "trains run on time," along with working to streamline processes and make things as efficient as possible. You will see the business from both the technical and admin side, and gain a deeper understanding of how all the parts of an IT Service company come together in service of the client.
