It Project Manager - Igam

Position Overview:

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Healthcare IT division

.

Responsibilities:

STG is working closely with our Healthcare cllient implementing SailPoint as their Identity and Access Management tool.

The current project is in the Planning phase, and entering an important part that entails designing the technical and operational processes to refine role based security.

A strong IT Project Manager is needed to manage the effort with specific focus on:

Continuing to refine the project plan to bring the project live

Define the right phasing for the IGAM (Identity Governance Access Management) to rollout to the enitre organization

Building out the support plan for transitioning the project from discretionary work to ongoing operations

Working with Operational teams to define the Organizational Change Management plan

Work with and manage the 3 rd

party implementation partner

Required Qualification(s):

5+ years as an IT Project Manager

Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualification(s):

Experience implementing IGAM in a Healthcare organization

Experience with Workday and Epic

Familiarity with Sailpoint is a plus

Duration:

This is a project-based consulting opportunity

with an immediate start date and an initial duration through the end of the year

,

with the possibility of extending.

Level of Effort:

40 hours per week

Working Hours:

Mostly onside M-F
