Job summary
The IT Operations Officer will provide administrative and analytical support to the Director of Agency Services.They will oversee LPIs and other facilitated discussion authority to ensure positive outcomes.The manager will be responsible for directing and controlling functions and activities in the work area.

Responsibilities
• Function as the administrative manager for the Executive Office of Agency Services.• Align, direct, implement, and monitor various organizational areas.• Oversee LPIs and facilitate change based on Agency Services Strategic Plan.• Lead all Agency Services based IT initiatives and coordinate project efforts within DTMB and Agency Services.• Establish priorities, allocate staff, and provide supervision in the work area.• Conduct employee evaluation, counseling, selection, and training.• Provide technical and policy guidance to employees.• Manage functions and activities of the work area.• Collaborate with the Director of Agency Services on decision-making and strategy.• Summarize information from various sources for senior leadership.
Requirements
• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.• Four years of professional experience, including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level.• Experience overseeing an IT program or business program with reporting, scheduling, and communication responsibilities.• Managerial experience is preferred.• Experience in facilitating meetings, work groups, and process improvement discussions.• Ability to summarize complex information for senior leadership.• Strong customer service skills.
