Responsibilities
• Assess and redefine procedures and standards• Enhance understanding of agency systems• Coordinate program goals, requirements, and innovation projects• Provide recommendations for IT systems improvements• Develop documentation for process and technology needs• Define system upgrades or replacements• Support the operation and maintenance of complex IT systems
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field• 5+ years' experience in OBIEE, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports• Must be a US Citizen• Must be able to obtain a clearance• Knowledge of various data management concepts• 7+ years of experience with PL/SQL• Experience with Agile Methodology is highly desired• Experience with Data Analytics tools is highly desired• Experience with a UNIX OS is highly desired• Experience with Java, SFTO, and APEX is highly desired
