Job summary
Looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans.Provide onsite/on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation's desktop computing environment.Ensure optimal service delivery.

Responsibilities
• Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.• Answer client questions in a professional manner.• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement.• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in established guidelines and policies.• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot various software and hardware.• Complete real-time reporting of all calls as documented in established policies and guidelines.• Follow established policies, guidelines, and documents for successful service delivery.• Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment.• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
Requirements
• Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.• IT Skills and Experience using Windows OS, MS Office, and other applications.• Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients.• Ability to drive to client locations.• Experience in performing maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers.• Ability to lift and move computer equipment.• Pass annual criminal and motor vehicle background checks.• Broad IT experience with basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices, and Telecoms.• In-depth knowledge of Networking, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.• Experience in remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral equipment.• Experience in printer support, computer hardware support, and mobile device management.• Experience with Mac operating system to support Apple pc users.• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.• Willingness to work off-hours and weekends when required.• IT qualifications such as Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Application, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional.• 1-2 years of relevant experience.• Ready to travel 10-20 Miles as per the requirement.
