This program requires US CitizenshipThe IT Data Analyst will provide technical application support for our utility client and will be required to coordinate system requirements with technical resources, project managers, and customers at various levels. The role is about managing the data and finding insight that can be used by IT Project Management Office Operations Manager that can then improve projects and how they function.
Location: This a remote position located in Newark, NJ. Qualified candidate must be local to the area and able to go into the office periodically when needed.
Responsibilities include: Preparing data and reports for project managers, the PMO team, project stakeholders, and the C-suite, with an understanding of the different needs of eachGathering data outputs from projects and producing reports and forecasts about past and future project performanceReview and monitor all IT project performance and perform regular process compliance checks and prepare reports for sameManage and recommend required improvements to all project methodologiesDraft new and improving existing project management office policies and processesWorking with IT Project Management Office teams to ensure practices are well communicated and understoodFacilitating meetings and presenting reports, analysis, or findingsDocumenting and effectively communicating the results of your effortsValidating solutions meet business needs and requirementsDevelop a thorough understanding of business processes, best practices, and available supporting technology & documentationRequired Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field.
