A key resource, a definitive source of knowledge processes, who contributes their expertise to enhance organizational effectiveness and support the organization's vision and strategic direction.**Your responsibilities**:- Describes and defines IT processes/services including relationships, dependencies, and business value, and regularly maintains all service-related information within the service management tool.- Prepares and maintains process documentation for the system services and advises on the correct and effective use of the services.- Takes action to ensure targets are met within established safety and quality procedures, corrects malfunctions, and calls on other experienced colleagues and external resources to make sure services are delivered proactively.- Provides consultation, advice, and supports the installation of IS services, or the change of existing IS services.- Delivers (when involved) the appropriate IS solution/service according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in time, within budget, and as per quality standards.- Applies and executes the relevant measurement and reporting management practice to enable planning, controlling, reviewing, and auditing services to meet agreed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.- Identifies, proposes, advises, and implements IS processes and/or supports IS service implementation.- Contributes to the continuous improvement of the relevant process.**Your background**:- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Electronic Engineering or related field.- Proficient with Microsoft Office.- Previous experience with end user interaction.- 2 years of experience working in IT Services.- Intermediate English level.**More about us**:
