IPM Technicians are largely responsible for application of preventative agents to preserve the quality of our product. This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to break into the industry and start building knowledge of Cannabis cultivation and pest management!Responsibilities:Daily monitoring and scouting of pest and diseaseMaintaining up-to-date pesticide/preventative agent logsMixing of pesticides/preventative agents/caustic cleaning agentsOperating Dramm Hydraulic SprayersMaintaining Dramm Hydraulic SprayersApplying IPM products to plantsApplying beneficial bugs to plantsCoordinates scheduling of application with IPM SupervisorFollows standard operating procedures for assigned tasks and projectsFollows all safety protocolUpholds quality standards; conducts and documents follow-up inspectionsQualifications:Must be at least 21 years of age or olderBe a team - playerBe friendly and optimisticGreat time management, self-starter and/or self-motivatorMust be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs.Must be able to be on your feet or stay sitting for long periods of timeSubject to background check per state cannabis regulationsCan withstand high room temperature averaging 70-75° and elevated humidity levelsCan work in areas with higher-than-average CO2 levelsCan work under intense, bright lightsExposure to possible allergens, irritants (organic and chemical), and loud noisesReliable transportationCandidates must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent).
