Schedule: Monday – Friday 6 AM to 3 PM Responsibilities: Performs inventory control activities, including cycle counting, data entry, report generation and reconciliation as needed. Maintain departmental records and assist to keep current according to company expectation. Participate in planned and impromptu physical inventories and facility audits. Support MSH/3PL returns processing by performing activities in this area according to SOP and training standards. Able to perform key departmental functions on a handheld RF device. Able to repetitiously count inventory and verify associated identifiers with accuracy. Learn key departmental functions in SAP required to successfully complete cycle count and returns requirements. Ability to work on cross-functional projects that involve Operations, Inventory/Returns/Customer Service as needed. Respond internal/external customer request with high sense of urgency. Ability to work overtime as needed in order to provide a high quality of service to our internal and external customers. Process Manufacturer Returns in advance of deadlines to drive working capital available to the business for use. Become proficient in all high-level return processes to assist team lead manager directly day to day and for backfill purposes.
Min imum Requirements: Typically requires 3+ years of related experience. Preferred Qualifications : Knowledge of inventory control practices. Returns processing knowledge preferred as well. Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic. Familiarity with Micro-Soft Office Email application preferred. Intermediate Excel Skills preferred. Exceptional Business Acumen Experience in Customer Service/Distribution environment preferred. SAP experience preferred. Ability to perform physical lifting associated with position (weights will vary). Ability to stand, stoop or sit for long periods of time. Ability and willing to work in the following environments (Freezer, Cold Room, Ambient).
