About the Team:  The Stennis team at Relativity Space is responsible for designing, building, and operating top-notch test stands to support the Terran R stages, engines, and propulsion components. We are currently constructing our testing facility at the historic NASA Stennis Space Center, which is America's largest rocket propulsion test site. At this location, you will have the chance to gain practical experience with fully integrated engine and stage assemblies, test and push hardware to the limits, and observe rocket engines firing up close and personal! The Stennis team collaborates closely with engineering teams at various sites to design, build, and test critical infrastructure, ensuring a successful launch of Terran R and other groundbreaking projects! About the Role: In this role, you will develop expertise in the enterprise systems we utilize (such as ERP, MES, etc.), engaging with a range of cross-functional stakeholders and internal customers across various work centers, including propulsion test operations, ground system equipment, machine shop, and Data and Control System hardware. Additionally, you'll contribute to daily shipping and receiving activities while assisting in the enhancement and implementation of site-wide inventory and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) improvements in the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, parts, details, and hardware, ensuring adherence to regulations governing affirmative action and equal employment opportunity.
Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, parts, details, and hardware while ensuring compliance with regulations regarding affirmative action and equal employment opportunity. Maintain accurate inventory storage in bins, drawers, and racks, ensuring alignment between physical and digital records to meet federal contractor and subcontractor requirements. Conduct picking operations to assemble necessary kits of parts, materials, and hardware in accordance with guidelines for diversity and inclusion in hiring practices. Perform thorough inspections of incoming hardware for damaged or missing components, following standards for non-discriminatory employment practices. Establish and uphold the cycle count function in the ERP system, conducting regular counts to maintain compliance with inventory accuracy standards and promote equal opportunity in employment. About You: 1+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or material handling. Working experience using internal communication tools and ERP systems  Hands-on industry experience with the operation of warehouse equipment This position involves lifting packages or materials weighing up to 65lbs, in accordance with workplace safety standards. Must be capable of standing for extended periods of time as required for warehouse operations, with accommodations provided as necessary to ensure equal employment opportunity (Accommodations are in accordance with internal workplace safety standards).  Nice to haves but not required: ERP system experience, specifically with Infor LN, Oracle, or SAP. Industry forklift experience/certifications.  Experience working in the aerospace/launch services industry. Experience with creating inventory control procedures. Relativity Space offers competitive salary and equity, a generous vacation policy, an annual L&D stipend and more!  Successful candidates must clear a background check administered by the US government to obtain clearance for on-site work at our government partner location in Stennis, Mississippi.
