You must thrive in working in a fast paced environment exhibiting organization skills and team oriented decisions to be a part of the Operations Team.In this role, you will:Prioritize and execute daily tasks in compliance with the Operations team and priorities. Lead and execute daily cycle counting process for inventory complianceDrive compliance of inventory product storage standardsTake responsibility for on hand products and their physical and systematic locationsTake responsibility in delivering commitments and positive resultsExecute daily cycle counts in compliance with GOAT standardsPick daily orders according to priority to meet or exceed order SLAResearch daily variances and determine root cause; report trends Be flexible with other projects as they surface, fostering a team dynamic and can-do attitudeMeet or exceed inventory goals for picking, shelving, and accuracyLead and drive processes and methodsLocate and reconcile discrepancies using inventory exception reportsReconcile exception items related to inventory cycle counting, shelving accuracy, and order pickingTeach and train new employees on inventory processes, products, and order status'Foster a positive and collaborative work environmentTake risks, try new things, and be a natural problem solverSet high team standards and lead by exampleWe are looking for:Strong work ethic, works with a sense of urgency, and motivated by meeting team and individual goalsExcels and thrives in a fast paced and goal oriented environmentMinimum 1 year of experience working in an inventory control setting – sneaker industry is a plusExperience in order fulfillment, fulfillment support, order picking and all inbound/outbound mechanismsAbility to multitask and prioritizeProblem solver with accuracy and a high attention to detailFlexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidaysMust be able to work while standing and walking and be able to lift up to 50 lbsStrong knowledge of the sneaker industry is a plus
