Full job description 515 N 51st Ave Phoenix Arizona, 85043, Position Description:
Maintains a perpetual inventory of material, equipment, supplies, new goods, and other general stock items for all Retail Stores, Retail Operations Center (ROC) and Retail Donation Centers (RDC) for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to office records. Investigates and reports reason for discrepancies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Compiles and reviews monthly inventory counts for the ROC, reviewing these numbers to help determine if there is store shrinkage. Ensures correct Purchase Orders (POs) are created and received for Retail One Stop supplies. Maintains an asset management list of all fixtures and furniture. Receives orders from the Retail One-Stop online service, ensuring all stores have the necessary supplies. Uses GCNA systems and technology to track orders and barcode as necessary. Safeguards company property, including donated goods. Reports any incidents of theft or misappropriation or unauthorized possession of company property. Coordinates between Maintenance, Facilities, Transportation and new Store Managers to get fixtures and some of the initial supplies and equipment delivered to the new store. Gathers and ensures all Retail supplies, IT equipment, and signage is sent with the fixtures to the new store. Builds and manages strong working relationships with vendors and stores. Coordinates and effectively communicates with various GCNA divisions. Coordinates between the fixture supplier and Transportation for receiving new store orders ahead of time. Verifies and keeps track of Grand Opening trailers prepared for distribution. Properly uses equipment to load and unload trucks. Responsible for transporting materials utilizing a sit-down forklift. If necessary, GCNA will train and certify new Team Members. Responsible for following and ensuring all safety rules are complied with and appropriate safety equipment is used. Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):
High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years' replenishment and analytics experience Strong excel skills Ability to be trained and take direction Ability to speak and read English proficiently Must be at least 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license and clean MVR Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
