Job Description THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Inventory Control Specialist is an expert in Excel and is responsible for coordinating and communicating with both creditors and our Settlement Operations team in order to exchange data lists and obtain settlements for our customers.  The Inventory Control Specialist plays an essential role in Achieve's mission to help consumers eliminate their unsecured debt and achieve financial freedom.
This role is part of a small, collaborative, top-performing team that thrives in the world of reports and whose work impacts over 70% of the settlements we achieve for our members.
THE ROLE: Retrieve lists of clients and accounts from creditor(s), analyze to determine any required updates or corrections. Process these lists through Data Loader according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).Analyze reports to determine if a product update is needed or there was an issue with processing. Collaborate with internal partners to determine the cause of the errors and potential solutions. Write Macros and formulas in Excel to improve the efficiency of lists being run through the system.Perform Quality Check to ensure that all information received and/or submitted is up to date and accurateCommunicate with internal/external partners and all levels of leadership either in person, via email or through conference calls REQUIREMENTS/CHARACTERISTICS: Experience working with advanced Excel concepts including but not limited to v-lookups, countifs, conditional formatting, and VBA Macros2 years' experience in a financial services environmentStrong organization skills with with ability to multi-task effectively and work independentlyStrong level of attention to detailAbility to draft professional e-mails and to clearly and effectively communicate information to all audiencesExperience with Salesforce and Data Loader preferred Join Achieve, change the future At Achieve, we're changing millions of lives.From the single parent trying to catch up on bills to the entrepreneur needing a loan for the next phase of growth, you'll get to be a part of their journey to a better financial future.
