The Inventory Control & Analytics Manager is responsible for developing the inventory strategy and development/deployment execution plans along with the design of the appropriate measurements and reporting mechanisms. The position will support Supply Chain business analysis requirements, projects and initiatives and may manage a team of Supply Chain Analysts.

Key Responsibilities: Research Analysis & Oversight of Resolution inventory syncs (WMS/SAP & WMS/WCS) Ability to keep inventory whole and fulfill customer orders effectively IDOCS Management - Research Analysis & Oversight of Resolution Proactive identification of issues before they occur Audit preparedness and SME ownership as it relates to Inventory Ownership of partnering cross functional groups ex. Quality, Franchises, Master Data Work with Logistic Partner's leadership to address internal process issues affecting inventory integrity Stabilizing the operation knowledge and processes to address resource turnover on the DHL side SOX preparedness and SME ownership as it relates to Inventory Material Destructions Authorizations (MDA) Reporting and Analytics on anything Inventory Location Level Configuration Set-up New Product Introduction (NPI) Changes to existing products ex. Footprint updates (DIMS/Other) High dollar value approvals Cycle counting/Inv. adjustments Quarantines/Recalls Drive efficiencies across the site through suitable adoption of new technologies and enhanced approaches Translate and integrate Franchise / Customer requirements into the Distribution execution process Utilize risk management tools such as FMEA, PHA/LOPA, and business risk evaluations Develop process documentation and maintain training material on processes, materials, and equipment Maintain knowledge of cGMPs, process safety practices, and environmental standards Qualifications Education: A minimum of a bachelor's degree Experience and Skills: Required: 8 years previous management experience Experience in a fast-paced, 24 hour Global Logistics/Supply Chain environment 3PL (third party logistics) experience and/or relationship Proven ability to write effectively, to communicate work prepared, rationalize conclusions and recommendations, and compliantly document for regulatory bodies Knowledge of SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Ability to collaborate within a diverse and inclusive environment Proven understanding of Microsoft Suite; V-LOOKUPS and pivot tables Extensive knowledge of Inventory Management and processes Warehouse Distribution Experience Ability to prioritize and manage complexity of a large portfolio of products Ability to manage teams Preferred: Experience leading and coordinating multiple project priorities Blue Yonder (BY) Knowledge Process Excellence experience a plus Other: 10% Travel Preferred: Process Excellence Certification (Lean/Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
