**Position Summary**
As a key member of our team, you will coordinate the activities related to shipping, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and record-keeping of finished goods, components, and raw materials. Your role will involve supervising employees, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and applicable laws, and contributing to a smooth workflow.
**Position Qualifications**
The successful candidate will possess:
**Knowledge:**
- Direct supervision experience, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with familiarity in purchasing software and MRP systems.
- Ability to interpret documents, communicate effectively, and solve problems collaboratively.
- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to supervision.
- Positive interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
**Experience:**
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a warehouse/inventory manufacturing environment.
**Education:**
High school diploma or equivalent.
**Travel:**
None required.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring timely and accurate shipments to customers.
- Advising employees on packaging and preservation techniques.
- Coordinating assembly production activities to meet inventory objectives.
- Maintaining up-to-date shipping status reports.
- Scheduling and monitoring shipping warehouse personnel.
- Maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Overseeing incoming and outgoing shipping activities.
- Resolving discrepancies between inventory and stock control records.
- Promoting a positive team environment and resolving grievances.
