Inventory Control Analyst- Nd Shift

Position Summary: In this position, we are seeking a self-driven, well organized Inventory Control Analyst with a high level of detail who can exercise decision making skills and time management with little supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct daily Cycle counts as scheduled Identify causes of inventory count errors and recommend solutions to management Research all discrepancies that are out of tolerance to determine the root cause for the discrepancy Identify and report errors by team members. Work with production and/or warehouse leadership to identify team members who need additional training Instruct company personnel on inventory accuracy processes and procedures Comply with GMP, personal hygiene, HACCP and other quality and employee safety programs Ad-hoc inventory tasks as required What we're looking for: 2-5 years of cycle-count, warehousing, or material handling experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment Experience in lot control environment preferred Strong mathematical capability Forklift Certification Preferred (required to obtain certification if hired) Ability to lift 50lb on an occasional basis Overall understanding of Microsoft Office products (Excel amp; Word) Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills Initiative-taking and goal driven with strong attention to detail Ability to collaborate well within a team Benefits of Working at PS Seasoning When you join the PS family, you'll receive: Competitive Pay • Health, Dental, Vision amp; Life Insurance • 401K with Company Match • Paid holidays amp; vacation • 50% Off Employee Discount • Employee Appreciation Events • Outdoor Courtyard with Putting Green • Delicious Smells
