USI/Asteelflash is actively looking for a Inventory Control Analyst to join our Logistics Team here in Fremont, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and driving continuous improvement in all activities involved with inventory control. The candidate will also oversee daily operations, and work with different departments to manage and ensure accuracy in the company's inventory.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for monitoring material transactions Responsible for identifying, resolving, and finding the root cause of discrepancies and other related inventory errors. Recommend solution to reduce or eliminate inaccuracies from reoccurring. Perform regular component cycle counts as required. Perform inventory transactions as required. Assist in the development and implementation of materials management systems that will enhance inventory control. Be able to interface with all departmental supervisors, support functions, engineering, program management, and other pertinent functions within the plant operations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associated degree of level of knowledge that would normally be obtained of an AA Degree 5 years' experience in fulfillment activities Sense of responsibility Attention to detail Results oriented Proactive behavior Problem solving skills Organizational/planning skills Work under pressure Communication Engagement Integrity in data Resourceful TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Microsoft office ERP systems WMS software APICs training or APICs certified preferred The expected base salary range for this position, if filled in California, is $60,000 – $85,000 annually, dependent on specific skills and work experience.
