Location: Beaverton, OR Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
This is an onsite position. Requirements 3-5 years of professional experience
Microsoft Excel at high-intermediate to advanced level
Natural tendency to organize information coming from various sources and owners into clean process to drive repeatable, sustainable outcomes.
Comfort in working across multiple data sources to deliver an analytical outcome.
Preferred BS degree in technical or semi-technical field such as Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
Experience working in a retail environment.
Intermediate to advanced data manipulation skills SQL, Tableau, database manipulation tools (e.g., Alteryx), Snowflake
Experience with SAP (or other planning package)
Experience communicating to a variety of non-technical audiences.
Job description Support product forecasting & pricing processes by managing reporting tools, analyzing data, & providing actionable insights
Report on forecast variance weekly
Construct and maintain reporting tools for use across the planning team.
Manage weekly markdown process across portfolio, in system and alignment with stakeholders.
Monitor price positioning across the marketplace and across the product portfolio, taking actions to adjust in accordance with overall pricing strategy.
Support monthly and seasonal inventory management activities.
Actively manage product, close-out process and aging inventory
The nature of the work is focused on the effective and efficient distribution of products and services to customers.
Drive an integrated purchase (planning), availability and inventory management process that effectively supports category business brand, service, and profitability objectives.
Establish/maintain seasonal purchasing strategy and rationale which aligns to inventory planning objectives (revenue, demand coverage, inventory turn and utilization, etc.) while minimizing risk and maximizing flexibility.
Continually evaluate and assess internal and external data, plans, capabilities, and constraints to understand impact to effective inventory management execution.
Support monthly net demand forecast and secure on-time customer order coverage through development and maintenance of seasonal and monthly purchase plans.
Monitor customer sell-in progress against confirmed demand plan and projected supply
Manage availability control file to achieve revenue and demand coverage targets. O
Operational excellence (including executing buy process effectively, knowledge of planning tools, their dependencies, and associated systems, being accurate, communicating well and an understanding of KPI's and resulting improvements).
Pay Details: $25.00 to $38.00 per hour
