Responsibilities
• Manage incoming phone calls and internet leads• Confirm sales appointments and perform long-term follow-up on unsold customers• Respond promptly to inquiries with exceptional communication skills• Follow up with unsold prospects daily and stay in contact with sold customers• Maintain accurate customer information and interactions• Operate software to locate vehicles quickly and efficiently• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
• Experience with CRM systems desired but not necessary• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills• Energetic and outgoing personality• Professional, pleasant, and friendly demeanor• Persistent follow-up with customers• Internet savvy with excellent computer and organizational skills• Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles
