Flagstar Bank is looking for an intern to join our Deposit Pricing & Retail Product Management team over the summer. This internship will offer the opportunity to participate in data analysis and develop insights to enhance the Deposit Pricing & Retail Product Management's capabilities as it matures to support the multi-billion-dollar deposit portfolio. This role will engage with team members from many different functional areas as well as gain real-world experience expanding on core concepts introduced in college courses. Primary Responsibilities Include: The intern will work with Deposit Pricing Manager & Head of Retail Product Management to operationalize processes supporting the banks deposit platform. This will entail the use of reporting dashboards, analytical insight tools, and production of monthly reporting packages. Additionally, the intern will engage in customer research activities with a focus on identifying unique attributes of key customer segments, and the problems they have. Using a combination of survey data, customer data, and competitive research, the intern will generate insights used to inform actionable strategies to promote primacy and growth.
