Intern, Global Health Communications

Job summary
The Intern, Global Health Communications supports UNF's global health work and policy objectives.This is a paid remote position.Rate: $17/hour for associate or bachelor's degree, $20/hour for graduate students.
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Support and manage UNF's internal and external global health communications.• Create social media content, blog posts, and newsletters.• Track and report on the performance of global health content.• Assist with planning events and webinars.• Produce multimedia content as needed.• Monitor updates and communications from WHO.• Support UNF's communications during global health moments.• Provide research and writing support to the Global Health team.• Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
• Must be enrolled in a degree-granting program or a recent graduate.• Familiarity with global health issues and the UN system.• Experience in communications and public relations.• Ability to write engaging content for different audiences.• Ability to work under pressure and meet attendance policy.• Must have a personal laptop and Internet access.• Available to work 20-29 hours per week during East Coast working hours.• Authorized to work in the United States.
