We'll enable growth and progress together.Responsibilities:Responsible for processing Taxable Corporate Actions in Tax technology applications as related to tax reporting, withholding, documentation, & tax allocation systems.Responsible to identify securities events resulting in taxable corporate actions. Create event specific certifications to be distributed to clients for Section 302 distributions.Communicates to technology partners, ensures controls are followed.Attention to detail, ability to identify & document defects.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:2-5 years relevant experienceStrong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsMicrosoft Office Suite experience; especially ExcelMust be eligible to work in US.
