Req. ID: 22220 Position Summary: Complete all engineered system assembly, electrical and mechanical, system debug, teardown and installation while meeting company standards.
Responsibilities: Take initiative to meet challenging project timelines and hour budgets;Provide the following system troubleshooting needs: wiring, mechanical assembly;Assemble and Wire off of 3D Models and schematics;Ensure system schematics are updated to as-build conditions;Assist in field start-up and customer training when necessary (i.e., travel);Uphold company quality objectives and play an active role in reaching continuous improvement objectives to include 6S efforts; Travel for Installations & Service Calls; andPerform other job-related duties as assigned. Experience / Skills: High attention to detail, project budgets, and quality;Able to plan and execute daily and weekly scheduled tasks;Able to keep work area clean and organized;Able to follow directions from peers within the Integration department;Excellent team player with organizational and time management skills;Safely operate fork trucks and overhead cranes;Technical degree in similar engineering field desired;Experience in robotic welding (MIG, TIG, Laser, or Spot) preferred; Commitment to company values; andEducational, training and experience requirements may be modified at the management team's discretion.
