Job summary
Alpha Media - Canton, OH is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Integrated Marketing Consultant (Sales).Proven record of building and maintaining ongoing relationships with existing clients.Must possess proven business development and sales experience in Digital and/or Radio platforms.

Responsibilities
• Generating new business and growing existing clients.• Customizing marketing solutions integrating multiple channels of marketing.• Coordinate and collaborate with our Radio and Digital Services teams.• Analyze and coordinate with our execution team to assure KPIs are being met.• Embracing and championing company initiatives and utilizing tools.• Participating in weekly sales meetings and training sessions.• Inputting client orders and working with production teams and the client success team.• Ensuring attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual budget goals.• Successfully uncover and close new, non-radio advertisers utilizing plans.• Understand digital marketing including mobile and programmatic digital advertising.
Requirements
• A demonstrated knowledge of marketing strategies for scheduling radio campaigns.• A minimum of two (2) years of sales experience.• A proven track record of delivering strong and consistent sales growth.• Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.• Stress tolerance especially with tight deadlines and financial pressures.• The role requires an enthusiastic and hardworking person.• This position requires a fully insured personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
