Your Responsibilities
Lead conversion and new account acquisition
Effective management of a pipeline of sales opportunities
Implementation and execution of innovative sales strategies
Proficiency with carrier product, appetite, and underwriting guidelines
Proficiency in all AnnieMac systems and technology
Self-development and continuous learning
Requirements
Our Requirements
Completion of high school education or its equivalent
Previous experience in sales is advantageous but not a prerequisite
Outstanding verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a focus on achieving goals
An innate desire to learn, intuitive, able to think on your feet, and receptive to mentorship
Maintains a positive attitude and displays enthusiasm
Has a strong desire for self-improvement and professional growth
Must hold valid insurance licenses or be prepared to acquire them
