We are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Office Manager who holds an active Property & Casualty License. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our insurance office, ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Manage client inquiries, addressing concerns or inquiries promptly and effectively.
Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office functions, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient operations.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with agents and underwriters to facilitate the insurance process and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Policy Management: Assist with policy applications, endorsements, and claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Customer Support: Provide support to clients regarding policy details, claims processes, and general insurance inquiries.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as paperwork, scheduling, and office organization to support office efficiency.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License is
required.Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or office management role is
preferred.Leadership
