Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads through engagement in networking events, and referrals. Leads provided. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' insurance requirements and financial situations. Educate clients on available insurance products, coverage options, and policy features. Customize insurance solutions to meet clients' specific needs and budgetary constraints. Present and explain insurance quotes to clients, clearly outlining coverage details, premiums, and terms. Assist clients in completing applications, underwriting processes, and any necessary paperwork. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and claims. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details using CRM software. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products and services. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations. Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. High school diploma or equivalent.
