Requirements
• Previous sales representative experience• State insurance license in Property & Casualty, and Life or willingness to earn one• Effective communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills• Great interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport• Effective time management and organizational skills• Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines• Familiarity with lead generation and customer base development• High School Degree with relevant sales experience
