Job Summary:
We're seeking a dedicated individual to join us in providing the highest level of performance and satisfaction for our customers and employees through the delivery of effective and professional technical training and support.
What you will contribute:
Acquiring comprehensive product knowledge for applications to effectively train both clients and employees.
Delivering application training through various mediums including classroom settings, virtual environments, telephone, or on-site at client locations.
Presenting seminars or workshops for applications, including participation in User Group Meetings or National Conventions.
Independently delivering core and advanced application training sessions as per the training curriculum.
Managing expectations, providing escalation pathways, and documenting issue resolutions during training sessions.
Collaborating with instructional designers, implementation team members, and other departments to identify training needs and contribute to course development.
Traveling to remote offices or client sites to deliver training sessions.
Performing time reporting and billing processes as per Healthcare Systems standards.
What we're looking for:
Experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on Risk Adjustment.
Familiarity with MA/ACA Risk Scoring methodology, including knowledge of condition categories (HCC).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to interface effectively with both external clients and internal personnel at all levels.
Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
Capability to thrive in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical/business experience (required).
2-4 years of relevant work experience (preferred).
