Instructional Designer

About Us:
Join a dynamic team at the forefront of learning and performance services. We are supporting the construction and launch of an exciting new Antarctic research ship, working closely with international partners to prepare training for the crew and maintainers. This is a 100% remote opportunity with potential for international travel starting from mid to late 2025.
Responsibilities:
As an Instructional Designer, you will:
Collaborate with a design team to analyze, design, and develop instructional and performance support solutions.
Contribute to course development and delivery phases of the project.
Write clear, concise instructional content and create supporting materials such as graphics and tables.
Review and edit course development materials with Subject Matter Experts.
Conduct system analysis and review Vendor Furnished Information (VFI) to determine course objectives.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
4 years of professional experience developing courseware for adults.
Ability to write clear, concise instructional content.
Knowledge of Naval/Maritime systems and roles.
Valid passport or ability to obtain one.
Preferred Qualifications:
It's even better if you have:
Ability to speak and read Portuguese.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this role is $66,558 to $111,000. Our target salary for this position is $75,000-$80,000. Salary offers take into consideration various factors including experience, education, and skills.
