Your Role:As an Instructional Design Intern, you will play a pivotal role on the Learning Services team to help create innovative learning solutions, eLearning, and training curriculum. You will gain practical experience in instructional design while contributing to the development of engaging and effective learning materials. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in the field of instructional design.This internship will start at the beginning of June and run through September, with the possibility of extending through December.Your Responsibilities:Assist in the design and development of learning materials, including presentations, videos, interactive modules, and assessments. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of learning materials. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for enhancing learning experiences. Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. Provide support for the maintenance and updates of existing learning materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and objectives. Complete assigned tasks and projects in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of quality. All other duties and tasks as assigned. Your QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in training and development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Performance Management, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Ability to work both independently and with a team on projects and tasks. Proficiency in Rise, Articulate, and SnagIt a plus. Demonstrated interest or coursework in adult learning and training program management, international development, business project management, data analytics, or organizational development a plus.Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
