Job summary
The Installation Technician is responsible for ensuring the successful installation of commercial kitchen equipment and exceptional service delivery to our customers.This position receives direction and close supervision from the Foreman and/or Project Managers.Safely deliver, uncrate, assemble, and install commercial kitchen equipment at customer sites while ensuring full functionality in accordance with product specifications.

Responsibilities
• Ensure all work documentation is fully and accurately completed (i.e., job progress and hours worked).• Attend required safety training.• Load and unload equipment and tools properly for equipment delivery and installation.• Hang and secure shelving, racking, and other wall, or ceiling products.• Safely deliver, uncrate, assemble, and install commercial kitchen equipment at customer sites while ensuring full functionality in accordance with product specifications.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational school diploma/certificate in a mechanical-related field is preferred but not required.• Experience using basic hand and power tools.• Must possess strong problem solving, communication, basic math, attention-to-detail, and customer service skills; Must be a team-player with a positive attitude and have a strong work ethic.• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to successfully pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record checks; Must be able to obtain certification to drive forklifts; Must have basic computer skills.• Must be able to travel and work overtime as required.
