Job Description:
Are you a meticulous organizer and effective communicator? Do you thrive in a high-paced environment where precision is crucial? If yes, we want you on our team! We're currently hiring an Installation Coordinator to ensure seamless and timely completion of all installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate installation activities, including scheduling, planning, and execution.
Collaborate with on-site contractors to ensure prompt installation.
Manage 40-50 installations simultaneously, aligning with project deadlines and delivery schedules.
Supervise freight, shipping, and logistics to support installation processes.
Utilize SAP, Excel, and Shared Drive for project management and documentation.
Maintain clear and efficient communication with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
Make informed decisions to meet project timelines or adjust schedules as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in project coordination, scheduling, or similar roles.
Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Shared Drive.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Dedication to meeting deadlines and achieving results.
