**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Responsible for meeting/exceeding production standards, maintaining product quality, and minimizing/preventing equipment downtime.
+ Must be able to work both independently and as a team member and actively communicate with others to include workplace teams.
+ Will perform continuous inspection to identify and remove critical, major, and minor defects according to standard procedures.
+ Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures.
+ Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function.
+ Ability to read, write and converse in English or Spanish.
+ Willing and able to uphold BD Values.
+ Manually/visually and under magnification inspect product and be able to identify and remove defects.
+ Perform quality inspections and record accurate inspection data as required.
+ Tend equipment and clear jams, load commodities, move materials, and remove trash.
+ Verify process steps are completed correctly in appropriate batch records.
+ Clean equipment, floors, and workstations.
+ Sustain a productive work environment through effective communication with team members.
+ Responsible to contribute to the continuous improvement of the process.
+ Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.
**FUNCIONES ESENCIALES:**
+ Responsable de cumplir / exceder los estndares de produccin, mantener la calidad del producto y minimizar / prevenir el tiempo de inactividad del equipo.
+ Debe ser capaz de trabajar tanto de forma independiente como miembro del equipo y comunicarse activamente con otros para incluir a los equipos del lugar de trabajo.
+ Realizar una inspeccin continua para identificar y eliminar defectos crticos, mayores y menores de acuerdo con los procedimientos estndar.
+ Garantiza el cumplimiento de los sistemas, polticas, procedimientos y mejores prcticas de calidad de BD, y todas las regulaciones, polticas y procedimientos de seguridad locales, estatales, federales y de BD.
+ La asistencia regular y puntual es una funcin laboral esencial.
+ Capacidad para leer, escribir y conversar en ingls.
+ Dispuesto y capaz de defender los valores de BD.
**Las responsabilidades incluyen, entre otras:**
+ Manualmente/visualmente y bajo aumento inspeccionar el producto y ser capaz de identificar y eliminar defectos.
+ Realice inspecciones de calidad y registrar datos de inspeccin precisos segn sea necesario.
+ Atienda el equipo y limpie los atascos, mover y cargar producto necesario a la maquina y retirar la basura.
+ Verifique que los pasos del proceso se completen correctamente en los registros de lote apropiados.
+ Limpie equipos, pisos y estaciones de trabajo.
+ Mantener un ambiente de trabajo productivo a travs de una comunicacin efectiva con los miembros del equipo.
+ Responsable de contribuir a la continuacin de mejorar el proceso.
+ Otras tareas que sean necesarias para apoyar las necesidades del negocio.
**Minimum Education:**
+ High School Diploma/GED Or 2 Years Manufacturing Experience in Lieu of Education Required
+ Must be able to read, write, and speak English or Spanish
