NEWPRO Home Improvement Solutions , the leading home improvement company in New England, has exciting  Inside Sales Representative positions open in their Wilmington, MA call center to support company growth, customer demand, and expanding territories. 
NEWPRO has been serving New England with home improvement solutions for over 75 years with coverage throughout MA, RI, NH, ME, and CT.
Our call center is the engine that drives our sales. It is one of the most critical roles in our organization and is widely recognized throughout the industry as the best of the best!  Enjoy our new centralized office and state-of-the-art technology as you set appointments with homeowners who are interested in a remodeling project for their homes!  This position includes a base pay of $22 an hour plus commission with a  potential Earnings of $60,000 or more a year! The call center hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Saturday - Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. There will be many different people to meet and work with. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the team, the company's customers, or all of the above. A persuasive, teaching style of communication is required to communicate the company's policies, programs, and systems. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently. This portion of the work will often focus on relationships with others; correct handling of details dealing with others is necessary to maintain and grow relationships. As time is usually a factor, the work must be done on time, as well as correctly. In general, this is a position where guidelines, structure, and established policies must be followed fairly closely, while working with and for others.  
Requirements:  The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
At least 2 years of prior appointment setting experience, tele-marketing, call center experience, sales experience a plus! Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills Highly initiative taking with ability to set and achieve personal goals. Excellent relationship building and people skills. High energy with a passion for engaging and persuading potential clients. Education: HS. Diploma Responsibilities Speak with potential customers via inbound/outbound calls and set qualified appointments for in-home sales consultants.  Engage with customers who have requested more information on NEWPRO's products & services, create urgency, and set appointments for in-home sales representatives. Engage with our CRM to track customer interactions and disposition. Deliver the customer an exceptional first impression.
