Responsibilities
• Excellent phone interaction skills with a professional demeanor• Build repeat customers and accurately process orders• Manage multiple priorities and make problem-solving decisions• Perform basic mathematical skills and manage information input• Tactfully manage customer complaints and claims• Prepare and maintain various reports• Follow up on shipments and set up current day's shipments• Enter approved orders and send pending quotes• Call customers to build relationships• File closed orders and sent quotes
Requirements
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent• 2 years of work-related experience preferred• Good understanding of basic math skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite• Excellent phone and communication skills• Adaptable to working within a team environment• Able to manage multiple priorities
