Inside Sales Representative

As a member of our sales team, you will earn base pay and uncapped commissions with top agents earning $150-$250k+ per year while changing lives and helping people gain financial freedom. This role is in-person (onsite) in our Houston office, 7322 Southwest Freeway, Houston TX 77074, Arena Tower I. This role is full-time (40+ hours per week) with required weekends and evenings.  In this role you will:Assess customers' financial situation and guide them towards Beyond's servicesPerform sales by utilizing consultative sales scripting and rebuttal techniquesEducate clients on a variety of financial solutions available to manage their debtManage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivityDiligently update all lead file notes, phases, and statuses in the CRMEnsure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standardsWhat We're Looking ForYou are self-motivated and highly drivenSuccess in exceeding goals in a fast-paced, sales environment environment Sees challenges as opportunities.
