Position Details:
Job Type: Full-time, 35-40 hours per week
Location: 100% Remote
Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients, establishing connections, and driving software sales. Your exceptional communication skills and comprehensive product knowledge will be essential in engaging prospects and generating sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to introduce our cutting-edge products and services to potential clients.
Assess leads and identify opportunities for software sales.
Coordinate meetings and demonstrations with interested prospects to showcase our solutions.
Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and sales contracts to potential clients.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably within the software or technology sector.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Capacity to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
