WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE? As an Inside Sales Rep, your main focus will be on closing deals over the phone when a technician is onsite with the customer. You'll play a crucial role in following up on leads and previous quotes, ensuring that every potential customer gets the information they need to make a decision. Being able to close deals is the key to success in this position. Your ability to overcome customer objections and guide them toward the right solution for their plumbing needs makes you a perfect fit for this role!

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN INSIDE SALES REP? We're looking for someone who can work between 9 AM and 6 PM while meeting the following qualifications:
Phone or door-to-door sales experience Experience with closing sales over the phone Excellent conflict resolution skills and the ability to overcome customer objections Experience in the plumbing / HVAC industry and sales experience in pest control, roofing, solar, or plumbing / HVAC would be a plus!
